Liquid Packaging Machine Precautions

Due to the wide variety of liquid products, liquid product packaging machines also come in a wide variety of types and styles. Liquid packaging machines used to package liquid foods have even higher technical requirements. Sterility, hygiene, and safety are fundamental requirements for liquid food packaging machines.
1. Before starting the machine each time, inspect the area around the machine for any abnormalities.
2. While the machine is operating, do not allow your body, hands, or head to come into contact with any moving parts.
3. While the machine is operating, do not allow your hands or tools to reach into the knife block.
4. While the machine is operating, do not frequently switch operating buttons or change parameter settings.
5. Extended operation at high speeds is strictly prohibited.
6. Do not operate the machine's switches or mechanisms simultaneously by more than one person. The power should be turned off during maintenance and servicing. When multiple people are debugging or repairing the machine, ensure they communicate and signal each other to prevent accidents caused by lack of coordination.
7. When inspecting or repairing electrical control circuits, do not work with live power! Always disconnect the power supply! This operation must be performed by electrical professionals. The machine's automatic program is locked and must not be altered without authorization.
8. Operation, commissioning, or maintenance work is strictly prohibited when the operator is unable to remain sober due to alcohol or fatigue. Untrained or unqualified personnel are not allowed to operate the machine.
