Working Principle Of A Pillow Packaging Machine
A pillow packaging machine is a continuous packaging machine with a high packaging capacity and suitable for a wide range of food and non-food packaging. It can not only package unbranded packaging materials, but also roll-to-roll materials pre-printed with logos at high speeds. During packaging production, due to factors such as errors between the printed positioning color marks on the packaging material, material stretching, and mechanical transmission, the intended sealing and cutting points on the packaging material may deviate from the correct position, resulting in errors. To eliminate these errors and achieve accurate sealing and cutting, packaging design must consider automatic positioning. This problem is often addressed by designing a continuous photoelectric automatic positioning system based on the packaging material's positioning marks. Continuous photoelectric positioning systems are categorized by error compensation method: forward and backward, braking, and synchronized with two transmission systems.
