Specially designed tooth profile ensures even heat and pressure distribution for improved sealing performance and stronger fusion.
Four independent servo drives (main motor, film-pulling motor, feeding motor, conveyor motor) enable high-precision film feeding and bag length control.
The 10-inch touchscreen supports storage of 40 sets of process parameters, allowing quick recipe changes and significantly reducing switchover time.
Optional micro-perforation unit evenly distributes breathable holes in the packaging film to prevent bagels from softening due to moisture condensation.
Optional nitrogen flushing system, when used with metallized film, effectively extends the shelf life of bagels.
