As a packaging equipment enterprise, this participation focuses on the upgrading direction of packaging machine power transmission, with specific concerns:

 

1.Stainless steel transmission components that meet food packaging hygiene standards;

2.Flexible transmission modules (adapting to the rapid switching needs of multi-category food packaging scenarios);

3. Energy-saving and noise-reduction technologies for power systems (improving the operational efficiency and compliance of packaging equipment).

 

 Key On-site Research Content

 

1.Core exhibits in Hall E8:

- High-precision gears and bearings: Multiple enterprises displayed corrosion-resistant and low-wear bearings suitable for food packaging machines, which can enhance the operational stability of packaging machines;

- Transmission connectors: Food-grade transmission components that meet FDA standards, which can directly contact the material conveying structure in the food packaging process.

2.Industry trend observation:

Enterprises in the "Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and New" zone demonstrated intelligent transmission control technologies (such as real-time fault early warning and adaptive adjustment of transmission systems). These technologies can help packaging machines achieve more precise food packaging parameter control while improving equipment maintenance efficiency.

 

 Participation Achievements and Follow-up Application Directions

 

1.Technology upgrading directions:

- Plan to introduce the food-grade corrosion-resistant bearings exhibited in Hall E8, replacing the ordinary transmission components of existing packaging machines to improve the hygiene and safety level of the equipment;

2.Resource connection:

Preliminary connections have been established with 2 transmission component manufacturers. Follow-up work will promote customized adaptation testing of the packaging machine power system.

This PTC ASIA 2025 exhibition has provided a clear direction for the technical upgrading of packaging equipment. Especially the transmission and control technologies in Hall E8 can be directly applied to enhance the adaptability of packaging machines to food hygiene and precise packaging. In the follow-up, we need to accelerate technology implementation and cooperation with suppliers to promote the iterative optimization of equipment.
