Finally, the automatic carton sealing machine shapes the box and seals it with tape. The entire process is coordinated by a PLC central control system, achieving full automation from candy conveying, sorting, boxing, to sealing.

Working process for the candy sorting and packaging line
Material input and sorting
Hard candies that have completed inner packaging are sent to the sorting and packaging line by the conveyor system. First, they pass through the material sorting conveyor belt, and the guide baffles sort the messy candies into two rows for even transportation.
Visual positioning and grasping
When candies enter the robot's working area, the visual recognition system captures and locates the coordinates of each package of candies and transmits the data to the parallel robot. The robot then precisely grasps the candies according to the located coordinates.
Automatic cartoning
The empty carton positioning mechanism fixes the carton at the cartoning station, and the robot places the candies into the carton layer by layer. When the counting sensor detects the preset number, the system determines that the carton is full. The full carton is transported to the sealing station and a new empty carton is added to its place.
Automatic case sealing
When a full case enters the sealing station, the sealer uses upper and lower tape rollers to apply the sealing tape to complete the sealing process. After the sealed case undergoes visual inspection to confirm that there are no quality issues, it is conveyed to the coding station for batch information printing.
