What Does Liquid Packaging Machine Maintenance Include?
Daily cleaning is essential. After each use, clean the equipment surface and liquid-contact components to prevent residual liquid from corroding the equipment. Dust and other debris should also be removed. Before each daily or shift operation, inspect the equipment for external damage, loose connections, and leaks. Lubricate transmission components weekly, adding an appropriate amount of lubricant to ensure smooth operation. Inspect the electrical system monthly to check for damage and aging to ensure electrical safety. Consumable parts, such as filling valve gaskets and sealing blades, should be replaced regularly based on frequency of use and wear. This is typically done quarterly or semi-annually, and replaced as needed. Every six months or annually, perform a comprehensive overhaul of the equipment, including calibration of metering devices and verification of control system parameter accuracy, to ensure overall performance.
