Sorting Conveyor

The counting system consists of high-precision photoelectric sensors, which can perform non-contact high-speed scanning of neatly arranged wafer rolls, achieving 100% accurate counting and ensuring the exact number of products in each box.

Plastic Tray Separating
The automatic tray opener automatically picks up and separates stacked plastic trays, then precisely transports the empty trays to the receiving station below the counting system, where the wafer rolls are dropped in, completely eliminating the manual steps of tray opening and placement.

Blanking And Receiving Device
When the counting system reaches a preset number, this device opens a barrier and gently and accurately deposits the specified number of wafer rolls into the pre-positioned tray below.

Flow Wrapper
The automatic packaging machine receives the filled wafer roll trays and automatically completes the final steps, including laminating, heat sealing, coding, and cutting, before delivering perfectly sealed finished packages.
