Causes and solutions for unstable bag length without photo mark tracking
1.The drive belts for the centre cold seal and centre heat seal are loose or worn, causing slippage. Solution: Tension the belt or replace it with a new one.
2.Unsmooth rotation of the film roll. Solution: Loosen the fixing screws of the film roll holder, lift the holder and retighten the screws.
3.The tension spring for the centre cold seal is damaged. Solution: Shorten the spring to increase tension or replace the spring.
4.The bevel gears driving the centre cold seal and centre heat seal are worn. Solution: Replace the bevel gears.
5.The rubber roller is worn. Solution: Increase the pressure of the rubber roller compression spring to boost friction, or replace the roller.
6.The film feeding assembly keeps moving backward during operation of Model 190R Solution:
Check whether the PLC1 output point is faulty.
Check whether the driver is faulty.
7. Other related assemblies：
Worn bag-length film feed reducer: replace the reducer.
